OBS Virtual Camera on Surface Go 2 – Microsoft Teams preview in OK (on my siede) - but not broadcasted - the others see no video

OBS studio virtual cam ist GREAT (btw. audio appreciated as well) - works good on Microsoft Surface Go2, preview etc. all good and not too much CPU or GPU usage. But not fully with Microsoft Teams. I see my OBS virtual camera very good in preview - everything perfect. But this video is not broadcast to the others in the call. Even I see my preview perfectly smooth.

Is Microsoft Teams thinking my CPU (core 3-8100Y) in the Surface Go 2 is too slow for that? Are there any registry settings to tweak?

Anyone else got this? On a Surfae pro with i5 CPU all is OK. Thank you!
