OBS Virtual Camera no Working on new Pc

Hey guys,

I just bought a new pc (was working on a Dell notebook) and I tried for the first time to connect OBS with StreamYard.

I've been doing this for years, using OBS Virtual Camera to stream on Streamyard but it is not working with this new desktop.

I've attached some files showing the error when I try to connect.

OBS Virtual Camera is ON
My external camera (with elgato camlink 4k) is working FINE
OBS Virtual Camera on StreamYard is not working.

Can any one help me with that? It is affecting my work and I tried everything I know.

1. Does the web browser have permission to use the OBS camera?
2. Is any other application using the camera?
3. Is there any conflict between Bitrates or Codecs (limited knowledge)?

It's funny because I had a new PC as well. I went from an old version of OBS on my windows 7 to the latest version of OBS for windows. Unfortunately the latest version didn't have a virtual camera button. I tried to troubleshoot as best I could and nothing worked. The internet was pretty much useless because all of the articles were at least 2 years old. I stumbled upon someone mentioning that one of the updates screwed things up for the virtual camera. I decided to download 29.1.3, which has everything I need including a virtual camera button that now works exactly as intended.

It's a shame that the new version breaks things.

1. Yes, I have checked that. As I mentioned, my external camera is working just fine, the issue is only with the Virtual OBS Camera.
2. No, Only OBS and the StreamYard page.
3. I have no idea about this question hahaha my knowledge is not that advanced lol

Do you have any clue what could be? =/

I just did a webcam test with OBS Virtual Camera and got the error on the file attached.

Any one knows what could be causing that?

My OBS just updated and suddenly, everything is working with the new version.
