OBS Virtual Camera no longer available in TEAMS

On my work MacBook Pro (M1 Pro; Sonoma 14.5), Microsoft TEAMS (NEW) was updated to version 24152.405.2925.6762 and now my ODS virtual camera is no longer available. I can still access it in ZOOM. I'm running OBS 29.1.3 (64-bit), I tried updating to the latest OBS software but it requires security settings to be open for me to click on the allow button in the "Privacy & Security" settings. I have work policy profiles installed that will not allow me to make changes to security and I do not know how to turn off the profile to open the security settings to allow me to update to OBS v30.x

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Neither OBS nor my Canon EOS camera via the Canon EOS WebCam utility work in New Teams. Its very very annoying. (MBP 2020, Intel, Montery) So I tried to think laterally. Yes they work in Zoom and my Canon camera works in OBS. They also work in Chrome. So I wondered what happened if I used Chrome and the Teams Web app. It works.

Its ridiculous that you have to use the web app as you can do more in it than you can in the Team app but that seems to be how things are.
