OBS video quality messed up

Hi! I've been using OBS for quite a while, and the quality is very messed up now. It's been happening for like a month or two. I don't know if it's OBS or my PC. Here is the quality.

I really don't know if anyone will know, but it doesn't hurt to ask I guess.

Use simple mode and pick one of the recording presets for high quality recordings.

I did. It still looks just as bad. I think it's my computer.
