Question / Help OBS video looks more like a slideshow. Need help!

This is becoming horrible every recording is a freaking mess. It is like a slideshow and i am having a small problem with the log files not uploading to copy I hope the attachment works.

This is the log file from the last recording which is today and I just finished it about 10 minutes ago. Every video I have been recording with OBS since January is like this. I can not get it to upload my log file but I copied the latest file. I will say that the Windows 10 game DVR is set to off in the settings but states its on. also in the sources, it has them listed more than I actually have I only have display capture 4, game capture, and windows capture 2.

Why is your monitor connected to the integrated Intel GPU and not to the actual NVIDIA graphics card?

because its connected to the only HDMI port it has. It is a laptop. I just have my monitor hooked up to it. OBS does the same thing when Hooked up to my desktop as well and its hooked straight into my Nivida graphics card when its hooked up to the desktop there is no different it does the slideshow as well. the specs are 1060, i7-6700, 16 GB , I think my SSD is the 256 SSD, 1TB hard drive.

Anyone who has read the log files have any other input? This is really frustrating. I have and did have the Nvidia in-game overlay off and it's still off and the recordings are very choppy and laggy. It's not just a laptop issue as It happens on both my desktop and Laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and nothing has changed.
