OBS Video lags, stutters

I was recently testing stream, then i saw lags, is there any possibility to fix this?

Post a logfile from a streaming or recording session at least 30 seconds in length, where the issue occurred. There is a pinned thread at the top of the forum with directions on how to do this. We really do need it to troubleshoot problems, as it shows what's happening on the back end.

i found only than when i set capture monitor, the lags dissapear, but i want to capture only game
