Question / Help Obs video issue pls help

I can't find help anywhere else so my problem is obs works for me using standard settings but it looks like shit . So I turned on x264 encoder to be able to change settings and I can record but when I go to view it anywhere. It's only audio . It is in MP4 and it even says in media player at the bottom left network is to busy to play video at original quality anyone please help at all

Check the player you are using as it could be that you don't have the .mp4 codec to view it hence you only get audio. Failing this can you post your log from obs here is how to do it https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/please-post-a-log-with-your-issue-heres-how.23074/
