For several years I've noticed something very strange... I have a streaming PC with three monitors (an NVIDIA 3080 Ti graphics card, up-to-date drivers, and Windows 11, also up-to-date). I've been using OBS Studio on this streaming PC for several years. And for all these years, the feedback hasn't been smooth... I recently discovered how to restore smoothness by changing the refresh rate of one of my monitors to 59.97 Hz instead of 60 Hz. It doesn't even have to be the screen where OBS is located, it can be any other of my three screens, and then it becomes smooth again... but when I relaunch OBS the next day, it's not smooth... I have to change the refresh rate while OBS is running, and each time, any number of refresh rates... changing the refresh rate makes the return smooth... it's completely strange... isn't it? Any ideas? There's a real problem with the smoothness of the OBS return....
