Question / Help OBS Video feed not capturing

I have a Laptop with OBS Studio on it and camera feeding into a Black Magic box. I am not seeing the video feed. I believe at one time this worked. Since then I think someone has installed Adobe Creative Cloud. Any thoughts?

OK, I can see video through Black Magic Media Express but, not OBS Studio.
