I co-run a livestream feed for my church and we recently got a new laptop specifically for doing so, replacing a much older laptop. The new laptop is a decent laptop and doesn't lag, drop frames, and the CPU stays below 2-3%. We didn't have this issue on the original laptop and I cannot find out why it is happening on the new. I have attached one of my recent logs to see if anyone can shed any light on this. I have no idea where to start. Any help is appreciated, if any other info is needed let me know. Thanks!
