i recently got this new laptop and ive been trying to set up my obs so i can record everytime i try to use my hardware video encorder it doesn't want to work and i don't want to use x264 since i've heard it uses up to much cpu i've tried running it as an administrator it doesn't work i checked and my driver is up to date i even went to graphic setting i added obs and put it to high performance it still doesn't work i really need help please

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

OBS is running on your dedicated GPU which does not support those encoders, I'd recommend sticking with how things are and using x264. If you want to use the AMD encoder you'd need to switch OBS to run on your integrated GPU. Feel free to experiment with this but I don't think you'd see much of a benefit personally.
