Question / Help OBS Video Display Capture (Camera) Not Working.

I have two web cameras and both of them are working properly, they are able to display their recordings onto other programs, except for OBS.

I have looked at many videos/forum posts on how to fix this, but none have worked. I have restarted both OBS and the computer multiple times, I have tried changing the resolution of the cameras in OBS, changed the video's format, enabled Windows (and its apps) access to my camera, ran OBS as admin and in compatibility to Win 7, and (as far as i am able to tell) my anti-virus isn't stopping it.

When selecting to add a new 'Video Display Source' nothing shows up in the new window, and in the main window only a red box is shown, in the top left corner, that disappears when trying to click on it.

I was able to figure what my problem was. My Anti-Virus (Kaspersky) was denying OBS's permission (or RIght) to access the Webcam.

I came to notice this because, the other programs that I used that were able to use the camera cause a pop-up to appear saying, "[Program] is using the Webcam". Knowing that my anti virus was the cause of this I: temporally disabled it [the anti virus software], started OBS to get the pop-up to appear (it wasn't showing before), checked the permissions it was allowed, and gave OBS access to use webcams.
