OBS Video and audio recording is choppy when I play Stardew Valley

Hello! i've been trying to record Stardew Valley for the past couple of hours through OBS but it keeps getting sorta choppy in both video and audio at random intervals. I know almost nothing about computers (or recording software) so i sadly can't do anything to fix this myself.
Another problem is that I can't figure out how to upload the log file since it just gives an error report whenever i try to upload the current and previous log file: "The requested URL returned error: 413"

After uninstalling and reinstalling I found out what was causing the problem. Apparently NVIDIA Noise Removal is causing the game to lag along with my audio. Does anyone here know a fix to this?

1. Run OBS as Administrator. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Disable Psycho Visual Tuning and set Multipass Mode to Single Pass. Both of those use additional GPU.

Yeah, your Nvidia NR is stale, remove the filter from your mic & then un-install it as you would any other app.

The log isn't complete but what's there looks good to go. For not knowing much about PC's you did a nice job troubleshooting your issue.
