OBS version 26.0.1 Not recognizing ANY plug ins

Help! Trying to install the Multiple RTMP outputs plugin. It states the minimum OBS studio version is 26, so I should be good right? I've manually loaded the plug in files multiple times, and with OBS shut down too! I've also tried othe rplug ins, but to no avail...Currently, I am using older camera equipment (Sony Handicam with a Blackmagic Shuttle Intensity USB 3.0) and have to use such an older OBS version for the program to recognize them. We are upgrading in the next 2 weeks with NID PTZ cameras, and will update to a newer version of OBS then. IIs it really just a matter of "all issues will resolve" after updating OBS? Could I have an unknown issue with my Windows 1o Laptop that prevents plug ins?

if you downloaded the newest version of the Multiple RTMP output plugin, i think that it was updated for OBS 28. check the github for that plugin and see if you can find an older release.
