OBS v29.0.2 doesn't support HEVC Intel QSV for Celeron J3455 (Apollo Lake CPU with H/W HEVC encoder)

I downloaded version 29.0.2, as it claims to support HEVC for Intel, but alas, it is not (both for streaming and screen capture videorecording).
Settings or Auto-Configuration Wizard offer only the choice between x264 software and hardware H.264 QSV.
Meanwhile, Bandicam has been successfully supporting H/W HEVC for Intel QSV for years (I've tested Bandicam trials on Intel Celerons J3455 & N3450 with Intel(R) HD Graphics 500), including my current Celeron J3455 processor.
