OBS v27.2.4 not working with Zoom Version: 5.17.10

I have to use OBS v27 due to a plugin which is not supported with subsequent versions. However suddenly Zoom Version 5.17.10 is not recognising OBS as a virtual camera. Does anyone have any workarounds for this? April 2023 all was still working fine, so I'm not sure what Zoom version in the meantime was not happy with it.

I'm using OBS 30.0.2, and it stopped working for me as well. I also checked, and it stopped working with other programs (streamyard). This was working last week. So I don't think it's a zoom thing. Looks like an OBS thing, but that's weird since you aren't using an updated version.
