Hi Folks,
I am a Streamer and use OBS a lot. My OBS v22 is dropping around 65% frames and remains at 0kb/s. I have 40 Mbps Down and 7 Mbps Up speeds.

Kindly advise how can this be fixed. My ISP said that everything is fine after they've troubleshoot the issue. I think there's a bug in OBS which cropped up exactly 3 days ago.
