Question / Help OBS using all RAM and then CPU and causing PC to freeze, only when live streaming

Hello all,

I have been having issues with OBS Studio at some point during my streams, immediately using 100% RAM, then 100% CPU, causing frame drops and ultimately freezing the whole system where I have to hold the power button to shutdown. To troubleshoot, I have done a fresh install of windows, OBS and all, disabled any 3rd party plug-ins and used various versions of NVENC and x264 encoding. There is no issue with network connectivity, temps or hardware. The crash occurs at any random time from 15 minutes in, to 5 hours and ever so rarely not in the time I am live. I kept task manager open the most recent time which is how i saw the RAM then CPU max out capacity. OBS at that time was using almost 13GB of memory. I have posted the 3 most recent logs with this post, the second which is a ~6hr stream without issue. The 1st and 3rd both crashed. 1st was while using OBS.Live (streamelements plug in, which was also used in 2) and the 3rd was with no plugin and only lasted about 1 hour. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Edit: I added a 4th log that seemed odd to me. this is from most recent opening of OBS and not streaming.

My current specs are as follows:

i7-8700K (Runs about 55C under load, 32C idle)
NZXT Kraken x62 Rev AIO Cooler
16GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM
MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X (runs about 72C under load, 50C idle)
EVGA Z370 micro ATX MB
Samsung 850 Evo 500GB (windows here and OBS here)
SanDisk Ultra II 960GB SSD (games)
and a 1TB HDD (photos and stuff)

By the time the memory spikes and freezes, i dont have time to check. obs64.exe was running 13gb at the time i was able to see it in task manager but that was all i could do before the entire thing froze and i had to force shutdown

But did you uninstall OBS and completely remove the obs-studio folder in C:\Program Files\ ?
Because in the logs you still have the Streamdeck plugin and the vst plugin loaded.

I'll try it again and report back tomorrow with results, however i think it's worth noting these issues have been occurring months before i used the stream deck

Update: Crashed after streaming Destiny 2 for 7.5 hours, obs64.exe was using full ram at the time of crash but screen froze before i could check any settings, used approximately 12gb of RAM without any build up before hand.
