So this has been happening for a while now. I didn't know what it was up until today. It started about a week ago. While it was happening this time I decided to check my task manager to see if I was just losing bandwidth and was actually only capable of outputting 2.5ish mbps or if something else was up. It said that I was maxing out my bandwidth at a bit over 6Mpbs. So that's when I found out that it wasn't my internet causing these issues but OBS. Now I'm currently running 17.0.0 which I downgraded to from the most recent version thinking that was the problem. It fixed it temporarily seems but it's started up again.
Here's my log from today: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/a993347cf2210516596fabfecd0a7f66
Here's a small screenshot of OBS and the taskmanager: http://imgur.com/a/gKSbe
I know the task manager isn't SUPER reliable but it stayed where it was until I ended my stream. Once I did the 6Mbps of usage dropped to 0.
I don't know if you need more information but if whoever looks at this does then just let me know and I'll do my best to find it. I'd like this issue fixed since it's pretty annoying since I've never had an issue like this in the past.
