I'm having a pretty significant problem with OBS on my new machine. Whenever I attempt to capture footage from my capture card, the footage starts smooth but gets really choppy. As it runs for longer, it gets even choppier. I assume this is buffering but I'm not entirely sure. Here's an example of what it looks like.

Eventually OBS is unable to capture the footage from the capture card and is stuck on one frame. I don't think that this is an issue with the capture card itself, because I am able to record footage directly from Avermedia's own proprietary app (Avermedia RECentral) with no frame drops. Example here:

I'm unsure exactly what the problem is but it (looks?) like the capture card's output is having a hard time interacting with OBS. Here's the log file if anyone wants to take a peak.
