OBS unable to open on my MBA M3

Recently downloaded OBS on my MBA M3 - was working fine for a day or so, but ever since it crashed it has been unable to open. Am met with the same 'Start in safe mode' or 'Run normally' option - neither work and let me boot up.

I'm met with a lengthy error report, which is pages and pages of text which I don't understand.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. Please help!
