OBS is able to capture Ads (Audio+Video) and my TV program's Audio + Subtitles but no video (black capture!).
Is it possible that my local broadcaster (Toggle.sg) is using some form of copyright protection on their licensed material?
Please see the attached snapshot: notice the little Advertisement at the bottom (white rectangle with colorful chinese characters), it is well captured by OBS but the actual TV program (documentary on Monkeys) is not captured.
Please advise what could be the reason for this, and advise if is there any setting I can adjust on my computer or OBS to fix this issue?
FYI, I am using a Lenovo Laptop with Integrated graphics and NVDIA GeForce 940MX. Running on Windows 10 Version 1903.
Please note that I was able to capture videos from this broadcaster without any issue up until 2 months ago, but now OBS is unable to capture the TV Programs. Same issue with Chrome and Edge browsers. On OBS, my capture source is: Display Capture, Display-1: 1920x1080, no cursor,
