I'm having encoding issues whilst having the game on almost all low settings. I don't generally have issues streaming any other game.
Performance seems to get worse over time. I'm assuming it's my old ass CPU. I'm running OBS 6000 Bitrate CBR 936p (was previously running 1080p) 60fps NVEC encoding.
I've attached the two most recent logs - some of the logs are too large to attach.
My system - Intel i7-8700K @ 4.69ghz 6 Core CPU
ROG Maximus X Hero Motherboard
GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
32 GB Corsair RAM

I have turned off Advanced hardware gpu scheduling as i was told this was the issue but doesnt seem to be that.
I've seen people with much worse systems streaming this with stability and higher graphics settings.
My in game graphics are ALL LOW except for Textures on medium. DLSS turned on at High Performance and 80% sharpening. 1080p with locked to 60fps and vsync turned on.
Ive also been closing down everything thats not essential other than OBS and the game, nothing has helped. CPU is maxing out hard regardless of chosen settings.
