Question / Help OBS Twitch Follow Plugin

Really not sure where to post this. So, feel free to move if need be.

Anyway, now that I'm getting the hang of how to build scenes and use things like Streamlabs, can anyone tell me where I can find this particular Browser Plugin? I like the design and layout of this one. Can't find it in Streamlabs, so I'm guessing its a 3rd Party plugin. If it's not a plugin, how would I do this?

Thanks for the link. I checked it out. Coding and stuff like that is beyond my ability. So, I take it there isn't a URL link to what I'm looking for to use like Streamlabs has?

No. NodeCG is all custom built. They offer paid services to create layouts, but they are extremely expensive.
