OBS-Twitch black screen

Trying to stream Using OBS/Twitch. says it goes live and i can hear delayed audio, but no video come through. Attached most recent log files.

Had the same issue using Raptr, which is why I am now trying OBS.

another note - in the settings - advanced - video - i am not able to select an adapter. My card is an AMD Radeon HD 6850
