Question / Help OBS too slow to use.

OBS Studio software is so slow that it take minutes to complete any operation. I have used it before on another system, but this system is 1,000 times faster. I must be missing a driver or something. Please help.

I wish I could get to that log. The instant I attempted to stream OBS to YouTube with the NVIDIA 960 gtx 4gig video card, my brand new i7 PC crashed so hard that it will now not boot up. I have to take the computer back and have it wiped and reconfigured.
