OBS to Zoom (Windows 11) "Cannot start video"

I have turned on the virtual camera. The virtual camera is seen by OBS itself. When I attempt to open the virtual camera on Zoom or on Google Meets I get the error "Cannot start video" and zoom proceeds to tell me that I must choose a different camera.

I'm running the newest versions of both zoom and obs. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both of them. I have been working on this for 2 days. I have a class to teach in an hour and cannot seem to make this work.

I have the same issue. Spent the whole day on it. I may have something to do with my laptop being an MS Surface 11, i.e. based on AMD's Snapdragon processor. The identical setup works OK on my desktop computer.

Im having the same issue. i cant use my virtual camera for meetings in Teams, zoom or google meet. need help!! I have a new surface laptop also with snap dragon
