Greetings,
A lab situation: I’m running OBS v.26.1.1 (64 bit) with the NDI plugin (4.9.0) on machine #1, and Zoom webinar desktop (latest version) with NDI Tools (Virtual Input and Screen Capture) on #2. A third computer, #3, is running Zoom as an Attendee. These three machines are all on a gigabit ethernet LAN with cat6A cables.
Computer #4 is connected to Zoom as a Panelist, over wi-fi. The purpose of this system is to be an Active Speaker. Finally, I use my cell phone over wi-fi as another Zoom Attendee, sometimes as a second Panelist. All computer #s 1,2 and 3 are Windows 10 Pro, patched. #4 is a Macbook Air. The cell is an Android (but that’s probably not important).
Ok, on #2, I use NDI Screen Capture to send video of the Zoom Active Speaker to OBS Studio on #1. I frame this video on top of what is a local .jpg image and send it back to Zoom, via the OBS NDI plug-in, where it is then broadcast to my Attendee(s).
My Zoom host’s “My View” = Speaker mode and the “Attendee View” = Follow host’s view.
It’s taken me a while to get here but at this point it seems fairly straight forward.
Except for this one irritating problem.
Attendees are receiving two alternating versions of the Active Speaker:
I’ve been searching the web for an explanation to this for days. Anyone in the community have an idea of what’s going on and how I might resolve it?
Thanks a million up front,
Jon

Attendees are receiving two alternating versions of the Active Speaker:
- The OBS processed image of the Speaker, then;
- The regular Zoom full screen image of the Active Speaker.
