Question / Help OBS to VLC local streaming

Hello

I want to use OBS to display my content into another computer on the same network

1 month ago i have make test and it was worked, and now after 3H of research impossible to make it working

Here is my seetings :

My ip adress is good?

I have test with a lot of different adress..


I have test with VLC on the same computer and ALSO on different computer on the same network, always the same result : nothing appear

SOLVED : i have instal XSPLIT sofware, a lot faster and better than OBS studio
It took me 1 min to make it ready
