OBS to Twitch Sound Sync Intermittent

Hello!

I have a MacBook Pro Retina Mid 2014
2.5 GHz Quad Core i7
16GB DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

My Download Speed is 60+ MBPS
Upload 10/15+

When I stream to Twitch the audio sync can come and go without any rhyme or reason...
Any pointers and steer welcome to this tech/streaming newbie - log file of last test attached
