Hey there! My problem is that OBS is throttling my Refresh rate to 60. The reason I say it isn't throttling FPS is because in my game it shows I am getting at minimum 120fps at all times. I am running a dual monitor setup, both the exact same monitor.

I have one plugged in via DVI directly from my GPU (GTX 1070), and the second via HDMI directly from the GPU.
Here are my log files: https://pastebin.com/WrCX1fTg
I opted for NVENC encoding, as fortnite (the game I stream) is a very CPU intensive game. My stream seems to be at very good quality, as I can consistently stream at 5500+ bitrate. I was having major issues with simply my CPU. My browserSource, which is animated, I have since decreased to 1280x720, and decreased to 15 FPS. While running the game at my preferred settings, here is a screenshot of my task manager. (while streaming)

Note: I do not know if OBS is throttling to strictly 60. I do know however, that when I have OBS open, streaming or not, I have a visible decrease in refresh rate, while the FPS is at the 144 cap I have set.
Edit 1: Another post I was reading, where somebody had a similar issue, mentioned the Aero issue. I assumed it would be different for me, as I have two 144hz monitors, as opposed to their 144hz and 60hz monitor. In my log I did notice it said Aero enabled: Always on for windows 8+. If this is the issue, then I guess I have solved my own problem. If it is, how do I go about fixing the issue? Is the easiest option just to turn OBS preview off?
