Hi guys!
I've recently noticed a very odd problem with OBS, Whenever I open it my GPU clock speed drops from 1050MHZ to between 600-700MHZ, it is only with OBS, I can normally play the game I stream at max settings on 60FPS but as soon as I load up OBS, without even starting the stream I drop to 20FPS and the GPU is throttled to 600MHZ, this issue happens with both OBS and OBS multiplatform.
I'm really hoping you guys can help me out with this as I've ran out of ideas.
PC Specs:
i7 4790K OC'ed to 4.5Ghz
AMD 390x
z97 Mobo
16GB DDR3 ram
