OBS thinks I have it set to GPU 1 when it is clearly set to 0 in settings.

I recently started having this problem when trying to record my games. The only thing I touch is the output resolution and how good the quality is.
I tried to set it manually through Windows and had no luck. If I have to reinstall OBS, then I will. I just want to get back to recording.
