OBS Takes too much GPU And It ruins my streams

Hello. I've been using obs for 2 years or so but for quite a long time I've had issues with it. Recently, obs takes 40% of my gpu even idle (Sometimes it only takes 15%) and during streaming it takes between 30% to 95%!
Earlier I had that problem and it ruined my stream again

Help?

I have a nvidia rtx 3050 for my GPU, 32gb of ram and Intel i5-10+00KF for my CPU

The attached log file has no output session and it's needed.
Please attach a log file from an actual stream session.

23:26:03.906: base resolution: 8005x4505
23:26:03.906: output resolution: 8004x4504
Base resolution is the one your display monitor is.
You have to change the output resolution to the one the streaming service allows. Do not upscale.

99% of the time the problem isn't OBS.

This resolution is a mistake I made after the first problems. It's usually 1920x1080 (as is my monitor) but in an attempt to fix the problem I made this. This is not what caused the problems I have

This one should be the right one

Please review the analyzer and follow it's directions and recommendations:

On the slow network connection, your network driver adapter most probably is set for 100Mbps instead of 1Gbps as it should.
I had this problem in the past and was due to an issue on the driver itself. I updated it (from the MoBo site) and the problem was solved. Before updating I forced the 1Gbps within the driver settings itself but it tend to reset itself so I updated it.

In the log you can see Tuna errors on widget.html file. You should look into it because it's pestering the log file causing to make it really hard to read. Please remove the widget source to test the stream better once you fix the network issue and the log is more clean.

How is my network adaptater messing with the gpu usage? Plus the ethernet hub (I have multiple ethernet connections on an ethernet hub but rarely use more than the one for my pc) I use only allows 100mbps. Even if I set it higher, It won't change a thing. I've checked the analyzer and except for a mismatched audio bitrate it doesn't detect anything wrong :/

Wait I noticed I checked the analyzer wrong, I'll check and get back to you
