Hi!
I'm streaming about 1:30 hours everyday. All in all, OBS is great. BUT:
Just to be sure system is clean for every show, I close all programs and reset the PC* prior. I then ONLY load the essential software** I'll use during the streaming session.

The problem
OBS is super choppy when I start streaming. I get a huge amount of dropped frames (up to 25%!) and internal (NDI -> 2d PC) lag is really long when it should be almost zero.
If left alone, the situation occasionally improves somewhat, but it doesn't really stabilize satisfactorily. I am now always forced to...
The "solution"
If I close and open OBS 3 to 4 times (not Windows, just OBS) the problem is solved. From there on, I get almost zero dropped frames. Video & Audio (NDI and stream) are smooth.
The question
This is bizarre. I would understand it if I needed to restart windows to clean any RAM issues (for example). But why would just closing and opening OBS help so much? What could go wrong the first couple of times that doesn't after?
I tried OBS Log Analyzer, but I don't get any answer (apart from recommending I start OBS as Admin (which I'm now doing).
I'm attaching yesterday's log files. The first files belong to the problem and the last one (2020-07-03 19-13-11) worked perfectly well.
This has happened many times in previous days.

PC = Win 7 64

Logitech Webcam controller (To allow adjustments to Logitech C920 web camera)
