I wanted to check with you people the best settings for my Setup and Connection. Checked some youtube and some thread and changed the settings for that. But maybe there is something else I should change to make it better :S
Second thought: Would it be better with a capture card or would it not?

Ram: 16 GB
GPU: GTX 1070
SSD: 500 GB ( OS + OBS )
HDD: 3 TB ( games )
Network: 60 mbit/s
Upload: 12 mbit/s
