Question / Help OBS suddenly using a lot of CPU?

The Past couple of days my OBS studio has been using way more CPU than it used to. Even after turning down the bit rate and downscaling the resolution it is still not running the 7, 8 percent it used to. I checked for updates. Im not sure if its just my PC or what. OBS did crash one day and if i remember right thats when it started having problems. Thanks for any incite you guys might have :)

oh down on the bottom of OBS Studio is shows the percent of CPU being used, it would stay under 10% but now its jumping up to 20% for some reason. Even when I turn my settings down even more. i guess it could be Overwatch since that is what ive been streaming. H1Z1 is the only other game ive tried and it seems to run alot better.
