Question / Help OBS suddenly stopped working smoothly?

Um, hey.

I've been streaming for a few weeks now and everything was working completely fine and smooth, until tonight?!
I will provide you with my computer specs, OBS settings, and OBS logs.

COMPUTER SPECS:
Here are my computer specs:

Alienware 17 R4
Nvidia Geforce 1070
i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601Mhz, 4 cores
I have 16GB of ram.
On my C drive I have 13.4 GB free of 107.
On my D drive I have 763 free of 931

I'll be recording games such as Overwatch, PUBG, etc.

My download speed is 93241Kbps.
My upload speed is 5753Kbps.


OBS SETTINGS I RAN SMOOTHLY ON:
1280x720, 30 FPS, 3500 Kbps, x264 encoder, veryfast preset.


And finally, I am going to attach my newest OBS log. Just to clarify, I even tried to lower the settings tonight and it did not help at all. My fps used to run at 30-60 and now it drops to as low as even 10 for my stream. Wtf happened???

Did you update to OBS Version 20.0.1 if so I think they changed some networking stuff and now I get upwards of 50% dropped frames and everything was working fine before the update but after that it's all gone to shit. I was told in the Community chat that It's because of my Network card but I doubt that since I've been using the same one for years and had no problems.
 
His problem is not dropped frames, and no networking code has been changed in 20.0.1

The game itself does not lag. Just OBS. heres the log where in game I was getting like 130fps, but in OBS I was getting 15-25.

(Keep in mind when I streamed the same game a few days ago on OBS, everything was fine)
