OBS suddenly not opening

I have never had any issues with OBS before. It's never crashed or not worked for me. But today, I tried to open it up and it would not open. Here are some things I have already tried:

1. Updated & restarted PC
2. Updated graphics card drivers
3. Tried to run as administrator
4. Tried to run in Safe Mode
5. Uninstalled OBS with a back up of my settings files, reinstalled, then tried to add my settings files back in. No dice.
6. Gave up on retaining my settings at this point. Uninstalled EVERYTHING, completely fresh install. Tried this in my C drive and in my D drive, wondering if it made a difference where it was installed. It did not.
7. Tried to run in portable mode. Nada.

In between every fresh install, I was restarting my PC or turning it off completely, leaving it a few minutes, then turning it back on.

Nothing seems to be working. There have been no changes made to my PC since the last time OBS ran successfully, so I cannot for the life of me understand what could have caused this problem. Any insights would be gratefully received.

I have no idea which log file will be most useful, so here is the most recent one. This is only from the most recent fresh install, since I uninstalled it and deleted all files multiple times.
