Hello there,
I've been streaming WoW classic on my Mac for the past couple weeks, and I've been able to achieve relatively smooth results with an output of 1000Kbps and enabling the lowest graphical settings on my game, with OBS taking a maximum of around 30% of my CPU processing. All of a sudden this morning, I've had issues with OBS stuttering and lagging, with "Encoding overload!" error messages commonly appearing and OBS taking around 50-70% of my CPU. I did recently update Windows on my bootcamp and installed Valorant (though I turned off Game Mode on my Windows Game preferences), though I'm sure it has no bearing on what's been going on Mac side.
I've also tried installing and using various older versions of OBS, but to no success.
Here is an example log: https://obsproject.com/logs/1tDyFRfN1WEktUXE
And another for good measure: https://obsproject.com/logs/3h6gsvhphlOuxj29
Any tips towards troubleshooting the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Chris
