My twitch stream suddenly starts to drop frames and the red square shows up at bottom right corner. 3 days ago i had a 7hr stream running smoothly with no single frame drop, but the past 2 days i started having those drops making the stream look awful that drove so many viewers away. I don't know what's wrong my specs are perfect internet is good i can't seem to find out what's causing the issue.
