OBS suddenly don't see camera

Hi. Yesterday my OBS or any other streaming program (SLOBS, XSpliy, Gamecaster) stopped seeing my camera. In properties it doesn't show anything when I try to choose device. I check in skype and it shows my camera normally, in windows camera app too I can see image normally. I don't know what the hell happened

When did it work last? Are their any pending updates for PC or drivers?
Can you provide a copy of log files?

On april first it worked perfectly, and two days later poof... Don't know how to get log file. Tried many possibilieties. No one worked... On my wife laptop it works normal so i have no clue what to do

Its probably a Windows update problem. If you are using a USB webcam, the first thing that always gets fucked up is USB. Its been happening to me for years.

Delete the webcam source out of the scene and exit OBS. Unplug the webcam from the USB port and plug it back in. Reboot Windows.
Then, create a new webcam source in your Scene.

Okay so only solution that worked was to reinstall windows

You don't need to reinstall Windows just follow the Instruction of Sukiyucky

Delete the Webcam source on the Scene window then exit OBS.
Unplug the Webcam and replug it.
Open Device Manager then Check if the USB webcam is properly Installed then
Open OBS and Create a new Webcam source on your scene

I tried it and it didn't work. So to avoid furter frustration/desperation I reinstalled system
