I bought a new Elgato HD60 Pro, plugged it in and it works great,after many hours of configuration, everything worked fine with OBS and Twitch. Today I opened OBS and the preview screen was stuttering and recordings stuttered, but when I open stream, everything works fine, stream and recording. The only thing I changed wasn't a setting, I added streamlabs alerts for followers. Could that be the problem?
