Question / Help OBS Stuttering

Hi, I am trying to record my LoL. In-game I get an average of 150 FPS while recording, but in the recording it stutters heaps. I have tried low settings and the only thing that has worked is V-Sync but when I play with it the mouse clicks are very delayed. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

It looks like network lag. Maybe high ping in the game?

I don't have a good enough internet to stream with but does it matter when I'm recording? In-game I get 45 ms.

Why is it not good? Is it because it only has 2 cores?

UPDATE - Have now fixed my problem, capped FPS at 60 but not turn on V-Sync so I can record without input lag.
