I've been struggling to set up and use OBS for the last 3 months. The issue is that I can't record anything without juddering/stuttering in my recordings. The lag that happens in the recordings can be seen in the canvas preview. I've tried many variations of settings, but no matter what frame rate, resolution, or source (PS5, Xbox, PC), or rate controls, the issue will occur. I'm not getting any encoding lag or rendering lag in the stats windows. I've test the AverMedia 4K Live Gamer 4K and MK.2 Elgato Capture Card and the issue happens on both of them, so I ruled out the capture card as the issue. I've also tried doing a clean install of Windows 10 and Win11 and it still happens. RECentral 4 and 4K Capture Utility work just fine, but Elgato's Software is terrible due to Smart Folders, and RECentral 4 records in variable framerates when I need constant to create ProRes Proxies in Premiere Pro. I really love this programs interface and customization it offers, but I just can't fix this judder/stutter issue and I've never been able to get this program to work correctly. Thank you in advance!
