Question / Help obs stuttering on minecraft

A while back I got into YouTubing and just now started to get into it. I tried to record Minecraft videos and every time I flick the mouse it will stutter and look terrible

I have tried everything to changing the quality to the max, changing the framerate like all the other forums say to do. and even reducing the screen resolution

I was also using a dedicated GPU for encoding if that makes a difference

Don't do that. You are most likely creating a bottleneck on your PCI bandwidth. Remove the 2nd card and use NVENC on your strongest card.

By forcing OBS to move frames from one GPU to the other you are losing performance, and since NVENC on either of those cards is a dedicated hardware function, you are not reducing any load off your primary GPU by doing the encoding on a 2nd card.
