Hi,
I am streaming video through OBS at my church throughout our building. I am selecting full screen projector, but when I do that my video starts to stutter. It affects my live stream online as well. If I do not select to use the full screen projector, my video is silky smooth. My cpu is running at 23% for OBS and computer is 57% with all programs running. My gpu is around 32%. What am I missing?
