Ram: 32 GB
GPU:3070 Ti
I'm not sure what's going on or when exactly it started but this definitely wasn't an issue just a few weeks ago. I noticed the audio monitor lagging behind first. The video completely unaffected. Running as administrator occasionally reduces the issue, but it can still crop up. I'm now noticing slow downs while using chrome and having OBS open. This is all without streaming/recording with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have an Avermedia LGP connected, and used as game capture, but as recently as a month ago there were no issues. This is a high end build, and its been having a ton of issues with OBS lately (No audio, not keeping settings after restart for example).
**EDIT: Even with nothing connected and running as administrator it is now greatly slowing down my PC. GPU, CPU, and RAM utilization are all extremely low.
