OBS stutter with nVidia GPU over 60 fps

Allright...

I've been tinkering on this issue for a while now and this is what I got:

Issue: preview/stream with OBS stutters if the game goes above or below 60 fps (taken in account you are streaming in 60fps).
Only "fix" I found is to limit the game to 60 or 120 fps. Probably also 180 fps but I have no game that yields that amount of fps.

This is mainly an issue with nvidia gpu as I upgraded from a AMD RT5700XT gpu to a RTX 3080. And my AMD gpu did NOT have this issue. I could stream smooth with any framerate as long as it didn't dip much below 60 fps.

So my question is: What the "fudge" is going on? I did not upgrade my GPU just to have to cap my frames at 60/120 to stream. This is ridiculous...

I've been searching on the web for hours to end without finding a fix. Also tried about every single setting in OBS and Slabs to get t running smooth.
But NO! Not going to happen..

So, OBS crew: Please look into this? I've seen numberous post about this, but no solution has ever been given...

My system:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz
GPU: Asus RTX 3080 10GB
PSU: 850W
2 x 512GB m2, 2 x 512GB (raid0) Samsung SSD
34" AOC 3440x1440p 144hz
24" BenQ 24" 60hz
24" HPZ24nf 60hz
Internet: 500/500 fiber

Allright, I found out what the problem was. Sort of.

I upgraded to Windows 11, and everything runs fine and smooth now.
I had previously rolled back to windows 10 because of stutter in VR.

Guess I just have to live with it then. Lesser of two evils.

At least I can game at 144fps now and stream at 60fps without issues.

For the record, I had the same issue in Windows 10 and solved it by running OBS as administrator. That did the trick for me.
