Question / Help OBS Stutter when using USB Headsets

So I really can't stream anything off of my pc while using OBS. The audio just stutters like all hell and I can't figure out why. This has never happened before. It only occurs when I am using my headset. When I stream my console stuff and have audio coming through my speakers it's perfectly fine. I tried searching the problem and could not come up with any answers or solutions.
 
Update: I have discovered that when my webcam is plugged in my audio messes up. I have no idea why it's doing it now all of a sudden I have not changed my setup.
